Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES
As a dropshipping store, your order ships directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery times are:

- Australia: 7–14 business days
- New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- United States: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- Other countries: 12–25 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

ORDER TRACKING
Where available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Some orders may not include tracking depending on the shipping method used.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at saxonryvexa1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll investigate promptly.

 

International Shipping — United States We ship to the United States. Orders are fulfilled by our suppliers and typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
